Cronos Med, the leader in the medical aesthetics market in Romania, together with private equity fund Morphosis Capital, announce the formation of an Advisory Board composed of three top executives in the medical field – Olivier Hoëppe, Business Acceleration Director at a major blue-chip company, Ognjen Bagatin, founder and CEO of Polyclinic Sinteza in Croatia, and Dr. Ionuț Leahu, founder of the Dr. Leahu Dental Clinics network.

Olivier Hoëppe is a French citizen with 25 years of experience in developing selective brands in consumer health. Olivier began his career in finance before holding the general manager position in the dermatological-cosmetic division of L’Oréal in eight different countries, including Romania. Olivier is currently the Business Acceleration Director at a major blue-chip player in nutritional health.
Ognjen Bagatin is the founder and CEO of the Polyclinic Sinteza, specialized in otorhinolaryngology, aesthetic surgery and medicine, gynecology, and speech therapy, and co-founder of Bagatin Clinic, a private clinic for aesthetic surgery, dentistry, dermatology, and cosmetology, both based in Zagreb, Croatia. He is also co-owner of the media platform for entrepreneurs, Poduzetnik. Ognjen Bagatin completed an MBA program at Cotrugli Business School and began his career in the Pastor Group, where over time, he held various leadership positions in the group’s divisions.
Dr. Ionuț Leahu is the founder of the Dr. Leahu Dental Clinics network, the most extensive network in the Romanian dental industry, with 17 clinics located in 13 cities across Romania. Each of the clinics operates multiple chairs and integrates at least one digital dental radiology center. At Dr. Leahu Dental Clinics, patients have access to a highly qualified staff that as of end of 2021, counted 567 professionals.

Cronos Med has three clinics and a hospital in Bucharest and Bacau. The Group is the largest medical aesthetics chain by turnover in Romania. In 2021, the Group recorded a turnover of 5.98 million euros, by 38% more than the previous year.
